A man has been banned from tattooing his pony with the Rolling Stones' red-tongue logo.
Judges heard how he wanted to "showcase" his planned business giving animal tattoos.
But the court in Munster, Germany, said: "Tattooing a warm-blooded vertebrate contravenes animal protection laws."
It rejected his argument that he wanted to make the white pony "look more beautiful", saying it masked his ambitions to make money out of it.
