Here at Rollingtimes.org, we are always on the lookout for volunteers to help us around the site. We currently have one position open, which I have given a detailed description of below.

Forum Moderator
As a moderator, it would be your job to patrol your particular forum and delete, edit or move any posts which are either offensive or inappropriate to the category in which they have been posted. Also, you would help less experienced users with anything they were having trouble with, so obviously detailed knowledge of this website is required.
As a moderator, you would have access to the Moderator Control Panel. This is a section of the website where you can easily check up on other moderators' activity, and see records of pat bans/warns. A screen-shot of the Mod CP can be seen below.
To apply for this position, impeccable English skills are required, as well as an extreme height of patience, as you will often have to deal with angry members and their tempers. Also, desirable qualities include having past experience as a forum moderator and/or experience with MyBBoard forum software, but these qualities are not absolutely necessary.

Do I get paid?
Unfortunately, we cannot afford to pay our members of staff. However, there are certain benefits of becoming a member of staff. At the minute, these include: respect from loyal members, a coloured name (jade for moderators but can change on majority demand), the ability to view the forums without advertisements, and access to a private "staff-chat" forum.
