Shine a Light is a concert/documentary film directed by Martin Scorsese, a self-confessed Stones fan. He filmed the band play over two days in the Beacon Theatre in New York in October/November 2006, however all of the live footage used in the film is from the second night (Nov 1st 2006). The Stones welcomed numerous guests onstage, including Buddy Guy, Christina Aguilera and Jack White.
